Served With Appetizers:

Flying Dog Dogtoberfest (Frederick, MD) A traditional German-style Marzen, this malt monster is brewed with 100% imported malt and hops and spends a whopping 58 daysin fermentation. The result is full-bodied caramel and graham crackersweetness and a clean, dry finish.

Saison DuPont (Tourpes, Belgium) 6.5% ABVA classic Belgian Farmhouse Ale. This beer is a beautifully balanced,complex beer that has a refreshing fruitness and a long, dry finish.In 2005 it was voted best beer in the world by Men’s Journal!

Served With Entrées:

Schneider Weisse Aventinus (Kelheim, Germany) 8.2% ABV Dark ruby colored Doppelbock with a creamy fine head.This beer has strong notes of ripe banana, raisin, plum, licorice, and roasty aromas. Full-bodied and warming with a smooth finish.

Weyerbacher Last Chance IPA (Easton, PA) 5.9% ABVA west coast style full flavored hop assault with a delightfully bitter finish.Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe, and Columbus hops are used in this brewwhich helps to produce pungent aromas of grapefruit, citrus, and pine.

Served With Desserts:

Rogue Dead Guy Ale (Newport, OR) 6.5% ABVA Germain Style Maibock that has a deep honey color and a malty aroma. This rich hearty flavored ale has a well balanced finish.

Allagash Tripel (Portland, ME) 9% ABV Strong Golden Ale marked by passionfruit and herbal notes in the aroma. The taste has suggestions of banana and honey on the palate to go along with a long and smooth finish.

Succulent and refreshing with raspberry and red cherry flavors.

Deep and broad and smooth with spicy, peppery red fruit.
