Now that’s Italian!
Yes, there really is a DeAnna! Her love affair with food began as a child with total immersion in Italian-American culture. Her grandparents were the culinary inspiration—rolling, canning, braising, roasting, blanching, chopping, seasoning…all from scratch, by hand. From pasta making to butchering, DeAnna lived, breathed, (and ate) Italian.
DeAnna is a New Jersey native with over 20 years of restaurant experience. She is the chef/owner behind the line at DeAnna’s five nights a week. Working double shifts, prepping everything fresh daily and then cooking to order…no small feat! She loves what she does and it shows.
DeAnna is currently working on a cookbook, has recently been recognized as one of the top food personalities in the area by Bucks Magazine and has been interviewing for a possible television appearance!
